Leo is a London based Drummer. Since 2005 Leo has played live and recorded with many bands and artists, on tour, on Radio, TV and in Theatre. In 2006 Leo joined The New York Fund, releasing their EP ‘Guns’ the following year. TNYF toured supporting Ash, The Hold Steady, Modest Mouse, Richard Hawley and Dirty Pretty Things. DJ Dermot O’Leary became a fan and put ‘Nobody Home’ on his first Saturday Sessions record alongside Amy Winehouse and Massive Attack. The New York Fund also did a cover of ‘Have love, will travel’ by The Sonics for an MTV Christmas Ad Campaign. Later on Leo and guitarist Adrian Woodward formed The Inky Depths, together writing and co-producing the album ‘Just a Phase’, which was released in 2013.

Leo has also played with Mica Paris, Gareth Gates, Ed Harcourt, Cynthia Enrivo, Benedict Cork, Kenny Lynch, Rosie Adé, Anne Furubotn, ÅLYSS, The Flight Brigade, Aisling Iris, Dennis Waterman, Rachel Furner (Little Mix writer), Noris Schek, Urchin and Island Eyot. Leo has also toured extensively with American folk Artist and now Radio 2 broadcaster Nell Bryden, playing Hyde Park in 2010 to 50,000 people with Sir Tom Jones, Craig David and Scouting for Girls.

Leo has done a number of Theatre shows in London and on tour which include being Musical director for two tours of Footloose (UK and International).

In 2018 he set up his studio in South West London, and has done many remote recording sessions for Artists and Composers from all over the world. Film and TV include Joe Jonas’ American series ‘Cup of Joe’, The Chelsea Detective soundtrack and movies such as ‘I used to be famous‘ (No.1 on Netflix 2022) and ‘Bolan’s shoes’ with Timothy Spall scheduled for release in summer 2023.
